We offer beautiful, comfortable bedrooms with sizable closet space. Housekeeping & laundry services are provided on a daily basis. The common areas are spacious & comfortable. We provide both structured & self-directed activities.
Overall, we provide healthy meals & snacks. Every resident's favorite foods are incorporated into the menu. We accommodate special dietary requirements, such as diabetics.
Care for Dementia Patients
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
We have over 10 years of experience caring for dementia residents. We understand very well how hard and taxing it is to take care of a loved one stricken with dementia, especially when they progress to more advanced stages of dementia. As a level 3 nursing facility, we also provide palliative care at our community using local hospice agencies.
Physical Disability Support & Medication Management
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Our Delegating Nurse (DN) together with our trained certified medication technicians (CMTs) provide a well structured and planned medication management program approved by the State of Maryland. This means that medications for all of our long-term and respite care residents are carefully reviewed, charted, and administered correctly and safely. We understand that medications as prescribed by their doctors are vital to their health and well being.
